We are affiliated to Ridgeway Sculpture Design Ltd of the same address. This privacy statement applies to activity supplied by both companies. Depending on the service you use we may share your information with our affiliated company.


We collect your personal data via our website, social media accounts, email and over the telephone. It will only be collected with your prior consent. The information we will request can be categorised as:

If you are booking a course on behalf of someone else, you will need to provide personal information on their behalf and you will need to obtain their consent to do so or alternatively, ask them to contact us to give us their details themselves.

The General Data Protection Regulation states that we are only allowed to use personal information if we have a genuine reason to do so. This may on occasion include providing it to third parties outside of The Sculpture School Ltd or Ridgeway Sculpture Design Ltd.

When you contact us via phone, email or social media (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Linkedin) for an enquiry or to place an order for a course or product we will ask for your personal details necessary to fulfil your request. If you contact us via social media, we would ask you to send your email via a direct message. We use social media to identify people similar to our current customers. This is the most cost-effective way for us to reach out to potential new customers and promote what we do. As a customer of a social media accounts you can consent to or opt out from their marketing by updating your communication preferences in your account.

In Person

When you attend a course, we may ask you for personal details to fulfil our services – such as asking for the name you wish to be printed on a certificate or to complete a feedback survey. If you come to the school in person to enquire, book a course or purchase our products we will ask for your personal details necessary to fulfil your request.


Most personal data is held on our own systems and databases on secure servers based in the UK. Sometimes we share your data with trusted third parties, only in accordance with the legal basis set out by GDPR (to fulfil a service, when you consent and if we have a legitimate interest). We only provide third parties with the information they need to perform the exact service we specify in our contract with them. We will need to keep your personal information for as long as you are a customer of The Sculpture School Ltd or Ridgeway Sculpture Design Ltd.
